Game's description indicates that the game is in French, but when I play, th egame is only in English, what can I do?

Language of our games are dependent of language of the iPhone/iPad. If your iPhone/iPad is in English, the game will be in English. Go to Settings / General / International to change the language of your iPhone/iPad to get the game in the right language.

I synchronized my iPhone/iPad but the in app purchases I already bought has gone. Do I have to pay again.

No, you don't. All our in-app purchases content are "non consumable", meaning that as soon as you paid for them, you can install them on the same device as much as you want. For that, "buy" again the in app purchases inside the game, you won't be charged again if you do use the same iTunes account.
